Location is great. Just 5 minutes to subway. Insonorization is good - we didnt listen to other rooms or the street. It was quite clean and staff is nice. Breakfast buffet was okay.

Exceptional staff at reception, happy hour bar, cleaning, etc. Andrew, Marc, Doris, Mohana, Shohag, and many others.

The place was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was confy, the breakfast was good. Everything was ok. I'm not giving it a higher mark because I save the highest for something extraordinary. This was just ok.

We loved the location (Paris La Defense is one of our favourite places), 5 min. to the metro station, 20 minutes walk (through the beautiful neighbourhood) to La Grande Arche de La Defense. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the view during our second stay was wonderful: we saw the river and even the Eiffel Tower from our room window. It was also good to know that the hotel takes fire safety seriously and regularly tests the system. Everything was clean. There wasn't a very varied selection at breakfast, but there were all the basic things like muesli, cheese and ham, butter, some fruit, some pastry, milk and yoghurt, eggs, tea and coffee and delicious bread, croissants and les crepes :) I will definitely stay at the same hotel if I go to Paris again, and I always recommend it to my friends.
